An AI chatbot, AI-written copy, generated images or voice — people have to be told. AI Disclosure writes that notice from a short form, hosts it on a public page, and gives you a one-line widget to put the notice in front of users on your own site.

If a payment fails or you cancel, you drop back to Free — the attribution returns and extra sites become read-only. Your notice pages stay published and your widgets keep rendering. We never switch off a disclosure over money.
Honest answers
- Does this make me compliant?
- No. Article 50 is about telling people when they are interacting with AI and labelling synthetic media. We generate that text and host it. Whether your whole product meets the AI Act is a question for a lawyer who knows your business.
- I'm not in the EU. Does this apply to me?
- Possibly. The obligations follow the users, not the company. If people in the EU use your product, you can be in scope wherever you are based.
- What about machine-readable marking of AI content?
- That separate obligation was deferred to 2 December 2026. This tool covers the human-facing disclosure: the notice people can read.
- Will the widget break my site?
- It renders in a Shadow DOM, so your CSS cannot break it and its CSS cannot leak into your page. It is a few KB of plain JavaScript, loaded async.
- What happens if your servers go down?
- The widget fails open. If the license check errors or times out, the notice still renders in its default state. A billing or network problem must never hide a required disclosure.
- What do you track?
- A count of widget loads per site per day. No visitor IPs, no user agents, nothing that identifies your end users.
